About this course

This course covers more in-depth content on denim wash effects and destruction methods. It builds on the previous course by covering effect customization as well as creation methods using Adobe Photoshop.

It also covers asset library creation and ways to make your effects look more realistic using tools like the Adobe substance integration and fur feature. Practices and Quizzes will be included in this course to help with knowledge retention.

Intended to be a stand alone Learning Path, students from all skill levels are invited to take part in this learning content. More advanced users can skip the optional lessons, while beginner students we recommend to view each lesson.

In this lesson, you will learn about customizing washes using edit externally.

Creating a Custom Wash Part 1

In this lesson, we'll begin to create a custom wash in Photoshop, showing you tools for wash effects and another method for creating whiskers.

In this lesson, we will cover obtaining destruction effects from images, creating destruction effects with a Brush Pack and using a .PSD file to add destruction effects for a whole pattern.
